Our Cleared For Landing Scholarship is given out mid-semester to students who need additional flight time to complete training during the semester. All applicants must be currently enrolled in Professional Pilot Program with Lake Superior College

Initial Eligibility:

  • Hold a 2nd class medical certificate before the start of the program

  • Pursuing the Professional Pilot Helicopter A.A.S. degree at Lake Superior College

Continued Eligibility Requirements:

  • Maintain a GPA of 2.5 or higher

  • Be an ambassador and positive role model for future aviators

  • Maintaining on track in the program per the program planner with Lake Superior College
